Refund Eligibility Conditions
Nature of the products
Due to the digital format of our products, which precludes the possibility of return, we are unable to offer refunds if you simply change your mind after purchasing a product. Our policy reflects the unique nature of digital goods and their irrevocable delivery.
Problem resolution first
If you encounter an issue with any of our products that prevents their effective use, we request that you first contact our support team for assistance. We require detailed information about the issue, including any error messages or logs, to offer appropriate solutions. Refund considerations will only proceed if the issue remains unresolved despite our best efforts.
Timeframe for refunds requests
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase. No refunds will be considered beyond this period.
No refunds without reproduction of the issue
We require specific information and steps to reproduce the issue on our end. This helps us understand the problem and ensures that our refund policy is fairly applied.
Refunds for Software Licenses
Refund for software license is not possible. We act as intermediary and with such said, we can not follow through with all payments done for such licenses therefore we can not promise you can expect a refund. So far from all software license orders not a single refund has been requested.
Agreement to our Policy Policy
By purchasing from GPL Times, you agree to this refund policy. This agreement includes an understanding that we are not responsible for any discrepancies in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
Exclusions
